The Marine Corps taught me that transformation isn't about motivation — it's about systems, accountability, and showing up when it's hard. I turned that same discipline toward a PhD in Adult Education because I believe how you teach someone matters just as much as what you teach them.

I specialize in bodybuilding and hypertrophy-focused training for adults who are serious about building a physique they're proud of. I'm not the trainer who hands you a cookie-cutter plan and checks his phone. I program every session around your body, your goals, and where you are today — not where some app thinks you should be.

I also work extensively with clients on GLP-1 receptor agonists. Losing weight is only half the mission. If you're not building and preserving lean muscle during that process, you're leaving results on the table. That's where I come in.
